Best idea was Giavonna as the Property Manager ! She has answered any/all of my questions. She maintains a professional and personable atmosphere. She communicative via google call in and property pop ups. As for the property I am very surprised with the new renovations ! The pictures are exactly what you get in persons other than the families that live throughout and the cultures mixed in between. On the outside you see maintenance working hard, you see cleaners available. The grounds are regulated and maintained very well. I am excited to be here.

Lamberto is a great leasing agent! I went in looking for an apartment and he was able to give me all the information and take me on a tour! He mentioned all the new lovely renovations! And the new apartments look great! I definitely recommend you walk in and ask for lamberto or isabel if you need help getting an apartment. They tried there best to try and accommodate all my needs!

Very clean, staff was super nice. Lamberto was so friendly and helpful every step of the way especially since it was my first time getting a place. Th apartment itself was to my liking no roach problems clean and if there ever was a problem maintence would come and look at it that same day

These apartments are great.. The office women are just amazing and so welcoming.. the new team that took over do an amazing job and are so friendly. Ericka and Yessie are two of the most amazing women in this office. I have been here 6 years this has been the best most helpful offices people. They have turned this place around.
